I haven’t had any problems it was easy to set up and i know if anything ever does happen i have the warranty

The annoying thing is the operating system in not the latest so when i tried to put net flicks app on it it wouldnt work so i chatted with support and they say no can do so i went on line and found all i had to do was get someone to sign into my ipad that had already downloaded that app and re install it and guess what it works
