Arrived securely packaged. Not bad. Wow, i'm blown away.
No detectable scratches on the screen and no scuffs. Mine has very minor scratching by the charging port. Not a scratch on it anywhere, 100% battery life.
Cons
Disappointing for a supposedly premium product. The battery life was at 90%. Still have not received refund on carrier locked iphone.
Very disappointed. Very disappointing. Waste of my time and energy. No such luck.
Scratch is everywhere including one of the cameras. Even with a screen protector, the screen is visible from arms length. Dust is the likely culprit. When the camera is moved, the circled splotch moves, even without anything on the outside of the lens... Read More

Quality
Easy to transfer old phone, battery life was at 100%, setup was easy
Really good quality with no scratches, battery life 93% and works great.
Mine has very minor scratching by the charging port and a small scratch on the screen an inch below the camera.
Very minimal / light scratches on sides and back; one very small chip/scratch on screen which does not impact the view when using.
Price
You actually pay extra for that “premium” condition to receive one above 90%.
Especially when they don’t have 1/100 the cost in what they sell them for.
It is expensive, but i think worth it!
I was hesitant on buying a refurbished unit, but given the price of a new one, there’s no way i would spend that much on a phone.
Shipping
Received my new iphone in record time!
It did take amazon almost 2 weeks to ship but it did arrive on my expected delivery date.
The delivery was super fast as well, 2 days and it’s here !
Packaging/appearance
Ordered this for a gift and it came in perfect condition and was easy to set up
No scratches came perfect only small dent near speaker but woks fine
It came in a box that verified as being inspected by amazon for quality.
Out of the box, the exterior of the phone looks great!
Competitiveness
I cannot comment how other sellers products are but this was excellent.
Sadly, apple products have gotten to the point where you have to buy them used or rent them to afford them.
The price i paid is very comparable and competitive with the big sites that sell refurbished phones.
As far as the model i don’t see a gigantic difference between one and the 11 model.
