Smooth exterior no bumps or scratches. No marks/scratches looks like a regular brand new phone. Amazon renewed is the way to go.
Cons
The screen has scratches in it, and the shell of the phone has a gash in it. Screen recording is also clumsy that you have to switch between control and apps that causes freeze to drone app and phone too.

I like the plus size, processes quickly, and takes super great photos.
The phone is immaculate and the battery is at 100% with 0 cycle count, so it’s literally brand spanking new.
Before this i had an 11 pro max and even the sound is louder than that old phone of mine.
Price
For the price you just can’t beat it.
It was really good and good for the price and i really love it.
The phone was also $300-400 cheaper than the phone store so an opportunity to save money as well!
This seller had excellent reviews and a great price so i took the chance.

Order came promptly on time and everything was as described on the website.
It only took two days to be delivered and is in perfect condition!
Amazon also got it delivered very fast.
I returned the original phone on a friday and it was delivered by monday.

Came in perfect condition and a great battery health, screen, and the back was in good condition aswell.
Doesn’t come in the fancy box but the phone is in tip top condition, great battery life, great volume, literally no knicks or scratches.
The box came with the phone, a charger, a charger box, a screen protector for the device, and a pop socket.
It came in a regular ugly box but it is what it is with a refurbished product.
Competitiveness
I had an iphone 11 pro max and went back to android later (google pixel 7 pro) which i didn’t like.
But the iphone 13 and up have convinced me these are the superior to any android.

Phone in great condition the cord that came with it doesn’t work well to charge the phone took two hours to charge it fully after receiving the device at 70 battery charged

There was an issue with the volume up button i’m guessing getting stuck because the volume on the phone would constantly turn all the way up and just flash 247
