For my gym workouts it didnt work extremely well due to the limited stretching capability of the strap

My last arm band had an issue where the buckle that held the strap in would get twisted up and wouldnt be as snug as it should this arm band has a plastic piece sewn around the fabric which keeps that from happening

I only gave 4 stars because when worn on my bare arm no long sleeves one of the inside seans rubbed a blister on my arm

The only drawback is that it is very difficult to get the key out of the pocket so i need to put something i can grab onto on the top of the key to get it out

However some water did get in as that is not its intended function and had to carry my phone out of it
