Pros
It was advertised to be at least 80% so within adverstised guidelines. The iphone is reliable with good battery life. Battery life is good, charged over 80% and has so far lasted almost 2 days and is still at 56%.
Great product for a great price. Highly recommend and will utilize again using this site and processes. Super happy, super happy.
This iphone 8 is a gem. Apart from minuscule mark near top rh corner of screen the phone looks like new. Can hardly see refurbishment marks and never affect the use.
Phone works flawlessly and is great value for money. I think refurbished phones which are as good as new is a great option for people on a limited budget. Other than that my husband is thrilled with his first ever smarthone.
Ordered on a saturday and was delivered on a sunday. Given as a gift. Delivered sooner than expected.
Cons
Phonebot conversation started well and helpful but ending badly. Spoke to apple, did all of the troubleshooting with zero success. They think it's an internal issue with the battery or the motherboard.

Theres a few annoying issues like when i put sim card in it didnt show my contacts info and it showed incorrect service provider

I find the slide up menu annoying when in an app or game im assuming it wouldnt pop up as much if i chose a ph with a bigger screen

Charges to 100 although dont hold up like samsungs even older samsungs hold up better but i do like the closed system that apple use for security
