Works perfect, was able to install the latest apple update and activate with xfinity mobile.

Battery 85%, not a scratch anywhere, love the color.

The screen protector i hope is what's broke and not the screen itself.

Unfortunately, the phone had a glitch with the on/off button and after several talks with amzazon techs it was best to return the phone.

Price

Was able to buy cheaper than claiming on insurance through carrier.

Great option if you are not ready to spend $$$ on anew device.

Things happen with shipping sometimes, who knows, i had to send it back and had no problems with the return request.

Only problem was a shipping delay, but the seller promptly refunded the extra i paid for expedited shipping.

I was able to verify the carrier compatibility even before the phone was arrived.

Packaging/appearance

It arrived in an orange box and it was a great experience because it works just fine!

Looks to be in excellent refurbished condition, as advertised.
