Arrived on time as described had a small issue but turned out to be with car and not ipod the company agreed to replace but sorted out the car issue the vw mdi cable was faulty

Took some time selecting it putting in bids etc etc but decided to get one from a company which had many positive remarks and ratings from amazon

So product was what i expected rather bulkier than the picture shows works perfectly fine was only a bit dissapointed that my item was late arriving and was apparently supposed to get earphones with the ipod but they werent there

When i received the product and tried to sync it with i tunes 11 it wouldnt sync but kept crashing my immediate thought was a faulty product and the supplier was ready to accept the item back

After a bit of research i discovered that it is a common problem with the old classic that apple wont accept with itunes 11
