It sometimes takes about 46 clicks on the item that i want before it works

Also every time i pause it for a little and then go to use the ipod again the music plays on the built in speaker instead of the headphones that are plugged in

It turns out the headphones that was sent with the ipod are for the an iphone and is what is causing these problems
