When i first got it i thought it did not work but it turned out to just be the charging cable that did not work

The only issue ive had is that the lightning cable it came with stopped working with the charger after a few uses which is very weird because the cable works when i use it to connect my iphone to my laptop usb port or to a wall charger it just doesnt work with the portable charger it came with

The poweradd pilot gs only includes the iphone charging cable and can only be charged with the fiphone cable

Warranty 2 years of warranty if a product is backed up with warranty that long

Now thecons not really a consiphone cable specific having the unit advertised as universal can only be charged by the iphone cable included and did not include a micro usb just limits its capability
