It's compatible with various macbook models, making it a future-proof investment. I use this because it frees up all three ports on my macbook pro m1. This appears to be a genuine apple cable for the newest macbook.

Build quality is superb, offering durability and a sleek design. It facilitates fast charging along with the 140w adapter. A good upgrade from the included charger in terms of length or just a good replacement overall.

Cons

The cords are flimsy with no wear-prevention sleeve at the connection. Whats the point of haveing mag 3 when you can charge though usb-c.
