Pros

Easy on and off. It is easy to put on and durable. Amp; gadget to remove links are a huge plus in purchasing this band.

Cons

This is not a totally expandable/shrinkable watchband. My wrist is between link/removable size and can't get it to fit exactly s it moves constantly. The silver colored metal is so dull and dark.
