Pros

The screen is very large, very bright, and very durable. Because of its rugged and adventurous look, the scratches add character to it. It's durable and i have added apple care+ for additional protection.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the new ultra 2. Of course restoring from the series 8 backup was seamless and easy. Great upgrade from the 7.

Battery life is awesome. My favorite band is the trail loop. Additionally, the battery life on this is off the charts.

Charging is also pretty fast as long as you use a 5v charger. The brightness of the ultra 2 is excellent. This watch is the every day go to.

Cons

This compromises the convenience of having a smartwatch with extended battery life. My downloaded music used to work perfectly fine until recently, march2024. Recent os update it now lasts 12 hours before dying.

For this ocean band, it is very uncomfortable and leaves groove lines on your wrist even if you have it too tight.

Price

I saved over $200 off list ($120 off sale price) buying an amazon-renewed.

On amazon is a whole array of digital watches for less than $5 that show full time seconds.

All of a sudden the prices dropped and i knew i had to buy it.

Little high price wise but here's hoping the durability its been told to have makes up for that.

Packaging/appearance

The original box it came it looked a little beaten up, but the watch was in perfect condition with 100% battery heath.

It was new in the box, but the box has been open.

Came as described and a good value for me

Competitiveness

Plus, worse case is i buy a different band, like one of the nike rubber ones.

I upgraded from the series 4 to the ultra 2 and the comparison is night and day.
