    Because when i wanted to cancel my mgm 7 day trial subscription and had to call who knows where the cancelled this subscription which now i am having such a hard time renewing if amazon would be more customer friendly and transparent in its dealings and weavings than having to go to youtube just to learn how to navigate amazon
