Good value tastes good hopefully good for the brain!
Capsules are cheaper than gummies but more expensive than powder for creatine supplementation.
Quite pricey, but tasty and effective and the pot is a cool material

Tryed a few different brands over the last year with no positive results.
I found some creatine hydrochlorate (hcl which is surprisingly difficult to find) and water retention is a lot better.

The unflavoured is great avoid the cherry and apple flavoured i bought it by mistake and it was horrendous

Just wish they would sweeten with stevia or xylitol as the sucrose’s spikes blood sugar and makes me very thirsty

Much less fuss and no scoop of powder to balance and take the right dosage in a tablet and a very cheap almost give away price very fast delivery

I hated the unflavoured creatine even when i tried mixing it with fruit juice it was very gritty
