Pros

These fins provide extra flotation and not extra sinkation. Because of their buoyancy, they keep my legs afloat, even if i don't kick my legs. It's almost like swimming with a pull buoy, which also takes the load off my back.

My only serious gripe is that they redesigned them between purchasing my first set and this set.

Cons

Ordered xl and can barely fit half of my foot. Felt awkward. These fins run much smaller than they say on the packaging! The only option was xxl and they’re way too big/loose.

The fins are heavier and a lot stiffer. The strap is flimsy.

They are extremely buoyant and impossible to kick with if you already have good body position. When you kick, they make your foot slide towards the midline.
