Pros
The magnet is very powerful, but not so powerful i am worried it is going to break my 5 gallon tank. A good mini magnetic aquarium cleaner. It's a bit arduous to use it with our 36-gal, but it does its job just fine.
Cons
The handle isn't stiff enough to scrape algae off the glass any more than a foot from the top of the tank. It is useless now unless you hold the pad to the tool. Better to just buy a sponge from the store. Scratched the * out of my tank.

It does fill with water , but easy to unscrew and empty .
It's useful for the hard to reach spots but the handle isn't very sturdy so be careful when using it.
