After choosing aquasana i had to decided whether i wanted the dispenser or pitcher type

Also it was not important to me that the water be chilled i was fine with room temperature water over ice

The potential problems with this entire setup are the result of removing the tank or pitcher from the unit and replacing it

The only time you hear a noise at all is when you push the button to dispense water into your glass

It might last a whopping 15 20 seconds and is obviously the sound of a pump forcing the water through the filter

It is not a jolting noise which suddenly occurs with no warning you are the one controlling it
