The water always tastes good and i've been able to get about 8 to 10 months of reliable use and filtering per cartridge change.
Easy to install, easy to use, and my family can feel safe drinking water now and no longer have to buy bottled water!
Replaced the hose once and after 11 years the filter casing finally cracked .
We have an unusual faucet with the aerator recessed, so the supplied coupling aerators didn't work out.

This is a great system for a great price.
I would highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for affordable, good, tapwater.
For the cost, it works very well.
It is not that much more expensive, either.

Their customer service called me and sent me a replacement piece covered by the warranty.

Stupidly i've threw the box away so i'm stuck but i have to buy a water filter in order to filter my water filter water.

Luckily we found this product which actually has nsf certifications to back up its claims, unlike many other products on amazon.

The filter output is kinda slow, but it has lasted far longer than the pur filter, that cracked, and tastes better than britta.
But this is compact and plug and play, and tasted better than pur or britta.

People who have issues with leakage from the tapfaucet haven’t installed it properly

It can take time to get it just right but i’ve had this for years and constantly remove the adapter to hook up a washing machine once a week and i never have issues attaching the faucet adapter again
