The design is clean, and very, very comfortable. Sooo comfortable. And all the other great things yhat made me a devotee are still true. I'm getting ready to order 2 more just in case the manufacturer decides to discontinue this model.

Cons

Wrote to the seller, never heard back. No response at all. Very unfortunate. Will be returning it. I doubt they were originals, the complaint says.

Quality is an issue and the company has been disinterested in looking into the matter. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle--do not buy. These are a waste of $40!
