Pros & Cons
Pros
The fabric of the awning is attached to the pole by a strap of velcro. The tent even has cutout for it. Does provide great shade, love it.
Cons
The awning has a number of blemishes. The company has not responded to requests for comment. Will never buy another piece of arb equipment.
Highlights
Quality
The quality of this awning is superb and i look forward to taking it out in the wild and using it.
It's a minor thing still very happy with product.
The most recent reviews i see now (may, 23) sound like there may be quality issues, but i can't say i've experienced it with mine.
Price
I'm pretty satisfied it strikes a reasonable balance between weight, sturdiness, and price.
Shipping
Besides the shipping, we love this awning.
I deducted one star for the shipping.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging made me think it had a rough trip 😕 but the product wasn't dented and there was only a few minor scratches on the case.
Competitiveness
Being a fan of overlanding, i've seen arb awnings on most everything.
