Pros

Black, tarp-like bottom is fairly durable and sits high (about 1 foot) off the ground. Material is water resistant. Some of the room is of average or above-average durability, namely the zippers and screen mesh, and room-bottom.

Great addition to my off-road teardrop camper. The only problem is the camper side opening unzips from the top (allowing rain in if open) and you must unzip the entire side.

Tent is very generously sized. Fits twice full-size cots with walking room to spare. Packs into a cylinder that's about 2ft tall and 1ft in diameter.

The room (with all panes closed) might also help keep the whole awning on the ground if it's a bit windy. They can also be staked at an angle to deflect rain. I use metal tiki light stakes to make the awning legs sturdier.

Cons

Arb awning is ok. Not a shelter for extremist driving overland in all kinds of weather conditions. Zippers especially leak where all three zippers meet at base of the doors. One of the tie down tabs was not sewn into one of the windows.

And the price is amazing given the features.

This makes for a much cleaner install than using u-bolts and the cost is about the same.

Price was comparable to other places but only amazon could deliver in days vs months!

No damage to it or shipping container.

Packaging/appearance

We love this as a space to keep the bugs off and hang out in the shade!

I had to remove the bottom little tip of the endcap so the channel to put the cording into can be accessed.
