Pros

The mug is exactly what the product description said. They hold 16 ounces of liquid, they keep my tea warm and they do not have lead and other chemicals that can leach into your drink. The mugs fit solidly in shallow cup holder.

These are the nicest cups i have bought from anywhere. Purchasing the clear mugs was one of the best purchases. Love these new mug.

Cleans easily. Heavy duty enough for the dish washer. Held up great in the dishwasher too.

Cons

Not durable at all. Would not reorder or recommend. Returned for a refund.

All of the mugs have poor clarity and some of them look crooked. This was supposed to be a 16oz mug. Mug is heavy and the rim is to thick.

Glasses are cloudy and watermarked and have a very strong detergent smell. This glass is foggy even after 4 scrubbing. It has an indentation with a lip that collects water when its upside down in the dishwasher.
