I am not a hood person in general but the hood on this jacket is unlike any other hood

If you are purchasing for extreme cold activities it must be used as a layer it is definitely not warm enough in 15 degree weather as a stand alone

The hood does look appealing but it is fully functional giving you extra room for a hat bun sunglasses helmet or you can tighten the cord and it draws up reducing the unused space just not very attractive but its about functionality not fashion

The oceanus color is more on the the green turqoise side of things i still like it but it was not at all like in the picture

And the hood if youre a fashionista and dont care about function then maybe consider something else
