Item works great and is quieter than the original fan that was installed in cpu.
This is not my first build, and i've always seen a drop in cpu temp after a couple hundred heat up/cool off cycles.
One fan was very noisy when first powered up, but the sound went away after running for a while (less than a day.
Price
Overall, this is a great fan at a great price.
You managed to make a product that was affordable, efficient, quiet, and reliable.
This was actually a step up from the one i was gonna get since the system basically idles all the time, but for the price i went for it.
2 meets our strive for excellence at a reasonable price.
Competitiveness
It does make a lot less noise than the stock cooler which is why i bought it.
That paste works fine so if you are not comfortable with applying artic silver paste or another brand.
All in all, this design amd should be offered this as their standard cooler.

The processor its on has a tdp rating of 125w and this is a 90w rated cooler so pushing that processor for an extended period of time isnt really an option as the temps will get above its ideal operating range
