The arctic bionix f140 fan spins up to higher speeds than many competing 140mm fans, and is also less expensive.

So much quieter than my stock phantex fan.

As such, while it's not necessarily louder than a noctua decibels-wise, it's more noticeable.

At higher speeds they can get pretty loud but being a 140mm fan you shouldn’t ever really need to crank the rpm to max.
