These things are great little fans and they are an excellent replacement fan for any cpu cooler that uses an 80mm fan.

In researching 80mm fans for my new build all i read was don't install them because they are really noisy and its not worth the trouble.

Still, hard to beat for the price, especially with the ability to daisy chain them on this model.

I didnt have a 3 pin socket so i ended up connecting the wire with the white stripe to ground and the other two wires to 12 volts

If you leave the third wire open the fan slows down to minimum speed

Actually had to open the case back up turn off the hepa room filter then turn the computer back on to check if it was actually turning
