Overall id say these would be perfectly adequate as case fans assuming your case isnt overly restrictive but not necessarily for deshrouding and replacing fans on a 6600 xt or similar gpu i

Their max rpm gpuz reports around 1900 rpm when set to 100 which the gpu thinks is about 65 of the stock fans max isnt quite enough to keep the card truly cooled during something like a furmark stress test as the card will hit the 80 degree thermal limit and throttle slightly and with a hotspot temp of over 100

However during actual gaming temperatures are much less problematic and the card doesnt rise above low to mid70s

For instance during some cyberpunk 2077 gameplay at 1080p highultra mix and scaled to 1440p using fsr via lossless scaling utility via steam i never dipped below 60 fps temps never got above around 7273 and the fans werent even spinning at 100 despite a pretty aggressive curve set in afterburner
