As far as sound goes i run with sound reducing headphones on almost all the time and i never noticed any sound from the fans at all

Only cons so far is the fan always runs at an audible speed and installing it is annoying because of how you have to remove and attach the fans to reach the mount with a screwdriver

Im using a ryzen 5 2400g on a asrock ab350 itx in my thermaltake core v1 i only had to take out the see through panel and place on top and been the pins up then reattach the panel and its a flush fit

However there are pads on the fans that are served as standoff and it fell off pretty easily
