When received it is not damaged. Look, material, zip and comfort is the positive things. The compartment size in both the zips is enough like i myself carry 2-3 lunch boxes in one compartment and books in other compartment.

Though the the material used is upto the mark for price paid.

One time i got drenched in rain for around 30 secs while carrying a laptop.
Spacious and got exchanged within few days due to some issue but response frm them was great

Can't be compared to any other brands currently in india.
