I was going to go with noctua 40x20mm fans, but these had way better performance and price.

The youtube videos on them were rare albeit high quality and that's why i decided to stick with them instead of competitors.

In all seriousness, it is loud on full speed but it moves more air than any off brand fan i've purchased.
