It's more sturdy than i thought it would be, and looks better in person. It's extremely well packaged and it's also extremely massive, heavy, and rugged.

The guidebook says to register before adding fingerprints but the website does not allow you to click register. Got locked out due to low battery, no indication of battery getting low and so was problematic. Don't buy it. Get a name brand lock.

Also, there isn't much support until you figure out that this is an m400 lock by a major security company, or at least identical to it.

They worked so well that i am now purchasing the (d5s) model that they sell as a deadbolt fingerprint lock.
