This scenario is definitely one of the funnest in the dunwich cycle. It's challenging, its interesting, but it can be cumbersome. Much to our chagrin, our cats love it too and often cause havoc at the table.

You get way more xp than you can spend on upgrading your deck. This pack comes with some great player cards that if you are really into the deckbuilding you will definitely want this pack for.

A shorter campaign there is alot of replay value. There is some replayability with the adventures.

The deck building mechanic in the core set is basically 1ish starter deck that’s preset with very little variation. Very little lovecraft-origin material makes it into a 'lovecraft-themed' game.
