Solid, malleable steel bar with cosmetic plastic sleeve. Sturdy, adheres well to the glass. The car mount is sturdy and doesn’t wobble.
Cons
It works if thats what you want, but if you are fussy about looks, then give it a big miss. Do yourself a favor and buy the one with a second mounting pad further down the neck!

Its actually not a fluid easy to adjust flexible neck of the type used for camera mounts that have numerous interlocking swivel points but instead its a solid malleable steel bar with a cosmetic plastic sleeve of the type thats commonly used to encase exposed wiring

Note that the suction cup while of good quality will not adhere to anything other than your glass windshield and only to an area that is dead flat

If you attempt to place it on any part of your windshield that has even the slightest curvature it will not work
