Pros

The tip has yet to fall out or break. Never tips over. Pump works well and does not leak.

It's easy to fill, easy to use, and immediately modernizes any bathroom it’s in. The matte design is really great for the bathroom because it doesn’t get as slippery. Matches the stainless sink.

Good looking product. Great weight. Good quality and works well.

Easy to clean. No tarnishing or metal taint on the soap. Comes with an extra pump in case the first one breaks or malfunctions.

Cons

It's a shame since this soap dispenser looks great and is reasonably priced. It's obviously poorly made. Looks nice but it's useless.

Leaked dish soap within the first 2 months and started to rust. Neither pump efficiently, and both leak from the pump. The liquid detergent also leaks over the dispenser and makes a mess. Not metal, plastic.

Works great the grandkids can’t break this one.

Holds a lot of soap no leaks and pumps the right amount each time.

After 2 months it shows no sign of wear or corrosion that some pumps get near the top.

This one did not come with the replacement pump head as advertised.

Excellent value, good size and works well.

Considering what it cost me to return, i will probably keep it.
