It's about the size of a deep single gang box. The cutout is larger than standard single gang but is hidden behind the ws-2000 display. It feels just a bit thicker than a normal power/switch cover, but i haven't measured.
Cons
Wound up tossing out. The screws are defective. Could not complete the project. The screw is defective.

Instructions were good it just fits inside 2x4 walls but be sure there are no other cables behind it or between it and a stud as there’s almost no clearance behind it or beside it when next to a stud
