You have to use the outlet on the corner as seen in the photo if you try to use the other cutouts in the gang box the outlet and cover are too thick and causes installation issues

And when you start to screw to tighten the arms flip up as they need to lie flat to insert behind the wall so that it will anchor from behind

Also having the wire retainers preinstalled into the boxes stinks as you wont be able to change the setup without leaving a hole

The only issues i found were 1 the coloring of the plastic does not completely match from piece to piece frame differed from box 2 it arrived dirty and i was unable to totally clean all the blemishes

The trim around it makes it seem like its much larger

It is very big so handy as hell to hide wires roku apple tv or whatever else you may need to stash behind your big screen
