Similar to the leg extension exercise our legs do not functionally go up and down in a straight line nor do our arms when using the arm blaster

The arm blaster needs a functional movement improvement by aligning the elbow rests in an outwardly relaxed functional movement and not in an awkwardly counterproductive restrictively painful motion

Yes there are other arm blasters out there charging you double to triple the price of the dmoose but this is just as good if not superior to the others
