1st time using packs and not a liquid detergent.
This stuff is strong smelling, if you don't like smells you'll hate this one.
Price
These were at a good price and they work well.
Love the price and will order again.
Packaging/appearance
I was really excited to try these but they arrived in a poly mailer and some pods were busted and leaking out of original packaging.
The packaging is difficult to open, i couldn't open it very easily and it broke from the beginning
The water has to be hot in order to dissolve the packets otherwise they leaves residue and the packet is left in the washer.
Competitiveness
Pods are a great alternative to bulky jugs of detergent.
