I wanted a bigger one coz with my old rice cooker 16 cups capacity everytime we would have a potluck which requires me to cook more than 5 cups of uncooked rice the bottom half of the cooked rice would look over cooked the top look dry but still cook

Be sure to rinse the rice first as it says in the manual as im guessing this may be why some people are getting overdone rice on the bottom
