Pros
The rice cooker is a guilt-free (not supersized) rice cooker that cooks rice just right. I love the steamer option which cooks vegetables and meat. In a nutshell:rice cooker, veg steamer, ground lean beef cooker.
Immediately operates after being plugged into the mains. Thus item is pretty.
Everything survives and comes clean easily! Easy to wash. Easy to clean.
Cons
The device itself is very lightweight aluminum and could damage easily if bumped. All aluminum and flimsy. No warranty in canada - yet it's sold here.
There is a thin crust at the bottom even though i remove it from the cooker as soon as it stops cooking. Consequently the rice continues to cook and you are left with a hardened mass of thick rice.

The item is sturdy and easy to use.
Easy to use, easy to clean, cook the rice nicely.
Within 3 minutes, hot oatmeal juice was bubbling down the side of the cooker and all over my counter.
Used the steamer for dimsum but you need to oil the pan so dumplings don’t stick!
Price
Don't waste so much money on this unit.
08 cdn this was a great purchase (i bought this in january 2022) but i would not buy this unit at $57 though.
Over all great little unit for the money but there are minor things that could be improved.
Packaging/appearance
As in photo box damaged upon receipt.
Love the red colour & came with a new looking wider cup which i like, not like the old looking round cup.
Competitiveness
I wish the makers had used standard measuring cups and tools instead of lines on the cooker.

Mind you if you are using both rice steamer better only put 2 cups max of rice

Rice is getting cooked so well and quickly but the water measurement for each type of rice varies

So you can either follow the measurement as mentioned in the booklet or for 1 cup of sona masoori rice add 2 and 14 of water
