Faster, tastier, and healthier than stove top options. Always rinse the rice before cooking.

It is cheap. It is worthless. No longer heats up. Out of warranty period of course.
Horrible product. Worst product, worst customer service. Super disappointing. Very disappointed.
From that time on when it clicks to the warm mode, the rice is not even close to being done. As another reviewer mentioned, the cup provided with the unit is not 1 cup.
