Pros

The temperature gage is accurate! Set the pan on a marble cutting board. Good heavy gauge stainless, heavy glass vented lid, and accurate temp dial.

This product is stainless, yet food doesn't stick as bad as you'd expect. It cleans nice and shinny with bartenders friend or stainless steel cleaner. The one downside is the electrical/temp control.

I do love it, it is fantastic. This is awesome. Have to remind myself to be careful.

Cons

The bottom doesn't heat evenly, so my eggs are over cooked in the middle and runny at the edges. Even set at the lowest 225 degrees, it burns the pancakes and smokes badly. The temp is very hard to adjust right. Unplugged the skillet.

The pan's one coil in the center, about 6 in diameter, heats up extremely hot at the lowest level. I own a larger all clad electric pan that performs beautifully.
