There seems to be no way to get support inspite of the one year warranty. And it's in small quantity. Tried submitting online for help a few times but no response to that either.

Good size and quality, cooks well and cleans up nice.
I do recommend leaving it on warm after you're done with the rice, in order for it to cook a bit more.
The product 20 cup rice cooker is big and less complicated to use.

The measuring cup is an odd shape very flat so threw that away

Note that this is not a us cup it is going by the japanese measurement being 180ml per cup
