The pot itself cleans beautifully and the controls are easy to use. Très facile à utiliser et à nettoyer. Really exited about this new gadget in my kitchen.
This rice maker cooks my brown rice perfectly and has a steamer on top for veggies or meat. It’s so simple to use and makes jasmine rice fluffy and every grain perfect.
An amazing rice cooker. Like any other decent rice cooker out there, it is going to be longer than just cooking the rice on a stovetop! Love, love, love this cooker!
Cons
Quite disappointing. Don’t waste your money.
No longer heats up enough to cook the rice. Holes are not plugged. Called customer service and was told to put a couple of pinches of salt in with the rice because.

A quality cooker, so far so good.
This is my second purchase of this product…the first one was purchased 5 years and it worked amazingly well.
That’s why when my previous cooker fell and the cover broke off, i didn’t hesitate to buy the same exact one.
