It mocks me whenever i try to use it. It keeps shutting off while cooking. Vegies are over cooked. Returned and ordered a larger 20 cup cooker.

The only thing is if you leave the rice cooking for the full time it scorches the bottom its probably about 6 minutes to long on the heat i just take unplug when the time reads 6 minutes

If doing larger amounts of rice over 3 cups purchase the larger one
