No problems with this seller got hung up on when it got delivered which was due to get it by dec 24th and that might have been my fault cause i paid extra to make sure it would get here by them which when it didnt they immediately sent out 2nd one at no charge refunded extra money for 1st one and this wasnt a gift old cooker just died right at christmas time

I also modified my new cooker slightly i had a old aluminum rice cooker that i have had for many years and took the silicone thimble off the old one and popped it into the steam hole

I am not sure its dangerous at low temperatures but it eventually finds its way into food which is disgusting
