Pros

This rice cooker makes rice so fast and is never overcooked. My only gripe is that the water will overflow out of the steam vent if you cook the maximum capacity.

It cooks brown rice perfect. Of course it is made for white & brown rice use.

Cons

Mi aroma's air freshener stops working after two days. Return or replacement shipping is required. The company's one-year warranty is useless because it requires the buyer to pay return shipping.

Don't buy. Lots of nonstandard parts. To bad. Buyer beware. Bad timing. Do not buy.

My only problem with it is that i have to fiddle around with the top to make sure the tabs fit into the notches in the rice cooker.

Any brown rice with the bran still on was much more challenging to me.

It didn't seem to affect the rice all that much, but the lid was never again flush with the base.

Other than that, it is an excellent product.
