Pros

The design is beautiful, i love the wood grain base and the sleek glass design of the top. It sits on a tall shelf in front of a painting, and is not messy in the slightest.

It's extra rewarding to turn the knob and watch the vessel fog up after doing a little maintenance. It allows me to enjoy my essential oils without diluting them. Some oils are thicker and more likely to clog the diffuser.

The automatic timer makes it very simple and i don't have to remember to turn it off. It's clear that the company really cares about the product and the customers. Would even be better if this feature could be customized to time increments of choice.

Cons

It's just too bad it doesn't perform" "wouldn't recommend wasting the money.

The bottle that came with mine seems to have crooked tubes on the inside. The one i bought does nothing. It constantly clogs. There must have been a clog.

After hours of researching there is literally no solution. It only stays on for 15 mins and turns off, then turns back on. Customer service * and it broke pretty quickly.

Pricey but in my opinion, it is worth every penny.

I was hesitant because of the price, but i am beyond thrilled with the quality for the cost.

Will return this; very disappointed for what this thing cost, it lasted for one hour.

I wasted so much money on ultrasonic diffusers as i was told it needs less drops and you waste less essential oil.

I contacted the seller and they responded promptly and figured out the issue.

They even delivered it and a tropical storm.

Packaging/appearance

Amazon needs to start enforcing better packaging for some of their products i can imagine the losses on this item.

I had a clog immediately from another brands oils.

So don’t think you need bluetooth like the other brand.

I had purchased a cylinder shaped diffuser from another expensive brand and had nothing but problems from day one!
