You need to shake the carton very well, especially when it's colder. Works great in superautomatic espresso machine frothers as 1:1 with fresh water. Larger, more economical size.

The new batch is really clumpy, almost like cottage cheese. Seems like this is mostly water. Once in a while you end up with a hunk of coconut milk in water. If the quality is inconsistent it makes me hesitant to order this product again.

It's not returnable. I had to throw out the cracked box and several other boxes that had gotten damaged and soaked with the leaked milk. Going to request a full or partial refund.
