Pros
The fat content is higher (18 g saturated fat vs 15g saturated fat in 4 oz) it also makes it have a better flavor. I was delighted to find that this has a blissfully short list of ingredients. This has no guar gum or additives.

Even if i let it sit out for a bit it is difficult to get the harder portions out and am left with just the liquid which is not ideal

It seems the same density as regular aroyd coconut milk but the fat content is higher 18 g saturated fat vs 15 g saturated fat in 4 oz

The coconut milk was homogenous meaning it didnt separate and become really thick with a thin water

This may fool you since you may be thinking coconut cream should be really thick and separate from the water like it does in cans

I think its because the canned variety needs to be heated at a high temperature in the canning process
